LAS VEGAS, NV – Closing out an incredible summer that celebrated the launch of recreational marijuana sales in Nevada, Reef Dispensaries will kick off fall with exclusive strain release events happening September 23rd and 24th, 2017.
On Saturday, September 23rd, to celebrate Wiz Khalifa’s appearance at Life is Beautiful festival, Reef will release 20 pounds of Wiz’s highly sought-after Khalifa Kush strain, which has been available in smaller quantities thus far, usually selling out within 24 hours. As we continue to achieve cultivation to fully supply Nevada’s recreational market, Khalifa Kush will be available in limited supply at all Nevada Reef Dispensaries stores, starting on the 23rd at Reef’s Las Vegas Strip location. The first 100 people in line will receive limited edition Khalifa Kush bandanas. Very special guests will be in attendance. The event will start at 1PM.
On Sunday, September 24th, Reef will unveil its new line of Exotikz premium cannabis strains. In a story broken by LA Weekly, Reef’s new partnership with the Jungle Boys will allow shoppers to experience five new flavors from the Exotikz line for the first time, including Purple Punch, Sundae Driver, Strawberry Shortcake, Mimosa and Pie Hoe. The highly buzzworthy strains were cultivated and overseen in Nevada through an exclusive partnership with the Jungle Boys, who have built a reputation for generating massive lines that wrap around the building each time they do a new product release. Billed as a tasting event, the strains will be available in extremely limited quantities and are expected to sell out within a matter of hours. Customers that purchase a gram of all five flavors will get a free, limited edition “TASTEMAKER” t-shirt, commemorating the collaboration between Tryke Companies, Reef Dispensaries, Exotikz, Berner and Jungle Boys. In attendance at the event will Berner of Exotikz/Cookies and Ivan of the Jungle Boys/Exotikz, along with several third-party vendors including: Grav Labs, Kush Bottles, XVAPE, Cookies Clothing, Jungle Boys Clothing, and Yes Chef Food Truck. The event will start at 10AM.
